Bonus Time...Demystified:
The “Bonus Time” program allows owners to book additional stays in The Cliff Club at a discounted rate, based upon availability of guest rooms in The Cliff Club only. Owners may book any condominium configuration needed “no more than seventy-two hours in advance” of their desired dates. “The Owner using Bonus Time shall be required to pay…not more than one-half the rental rates published… for public rentals in The Cliff Club”. (The Cliff Club C C & Rs, 2010)
Many owners have benefited from this program by extending their ownership week or to come back for extra vacations. Can’t plan a vacation on that short notice? Consider this: many Downtown hotels have short cancellation windows, with no penalties. By booking a room at one of these hotels you can ensure lodging in SLC.
This program is an excellent benefit for owners and is not limited to specific dates or subject to black-out. This program also benefits the Association through the revenue generated and helps to offset expenses.
