Balcony Edge Repair Update

(Updated June 29, 2017) The final stages of the balcony edge repair has begun. Scaffolding is currently in place outside. Their work is weather dependent.

While we do our best to assign rooms away from construction and debris, in times of high occupancy, this is not always possible. Please keep in mind, construction is intermittent seven days a week, 9 am - 5pm. This project requires large equipment such as jackhammers, drills etc. We apologize for the noise and any inconvenience this may cause. Please be aware of all construction signs.

Cliff Spa Update

(Updated June 29, 2017) We are excited to announce the long awaited Spa and 10th-floor pool remodel. Renovations have begun with an estimated completion time of late summer, 2017. During this time the 10th floor pool will be closed. Spa treatment rooms, salon, and yoga rooms will relocate as needed. The pool on the third floor will remain open for all to enjoy.

Due to weather and amount of work needed, we moved the estimated re-open date for the ninth floor spa facilities to late June, 2017. The pool and workout room will remain closed until late summer, 2017.

West Wing Room Renovations

(Updated June 29, 2017) West Wing room renovations will begin September 1, 2017 and continue until January 30, 2018.


These renovations will greatly improve the value of the Cliff Club property by providing increased safety, protection from liability for the Association, and a more enjoyable experience for our owners and their guests.

If you are an owner scheduled to stay at The Cliff Club during one of these times and would like to explore alternative options please contact Owner Services office NO LATER than 30 days in advance of your owner week (subject to availability).
