Balcony Renovation Project
The Cliff Club Board of Trustees has approved a complete balcony renovation to be accomplished over the course of three years. The renovation serves a safety as well as aesthetic purpose. Improvements will include removal and re-surfacing of the concrete floor coatings, improved handrails, and new jacuzzi hot tubs. A majority of the work to be accomplished requires warmer temperatures and cannot be accomplished during our Maintenance Week in early November.
These renovations will greatly improve the Cliff Club property by providing increased safety, protection from liability to the Association, and will provide a more enjoyable experience for owners. Additionally, these renovations will assist the Association in continuing to maintain its RCI Gold Crown status.
Work will be completed during normal business: Approx. 9:00AM to 5:00PM
