Submit a change of reservation form when changing how the unit will be used, such as switching from occupy to deposit or locking off a room. This form is also used to change the date of occupancy or to trade your week with another owner.
Please note that changes to confirmed reservations are subject to cutoff dates based on the type of adjustment being requested. To ensure your forms are processed correctly, please read the information provided on the form and complete all required fields.
- Rental Pool deposits must be made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.
- Exchange company deposits must be made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date.
- Lock off fees are $50 per room and $100 to split a week.
- Change of reservation fee is $25.
