Submit a Change of Reservation Form when you are changing how the unit will be used such as changing from occupy to deposit or locking off a room. The change form is also used when changing the date of occupancy, or trading a week with another owner.
Please keep in mind that changes to your confirmed reservations do have cut off dates based on the adjustments being processed. To assure your forms are processed correctly please read the information provided on the form, and fill in the required information completely.
- Rental Pool deposits must be made at least than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
- Exchange company deposits must be made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date.
- Lock off fees are $50 per room and $100 to split a week.
- Change fees are $25 per change.
