The Cliff Club renovation
Improvements are being made on the canyon facing, kitchen unit balconies. This work includes repairing the edges, resurfacing the decks, and installing new railings. Mountain facing kitchen balconies were completed in 2025.
Work hours for balcony renovations, which will cause loud noise at times, will be allowed Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm. However, work prepping and cleaning up may take place outside of these hours. Additionally, work outside the building on the lift, pool and / or other projects, may vary from work hours specific to the outside of the building.
In the past, we had to drain the full building heat system to make any repairs. In 2025, we installed shut off valves in each room on the mountain facing units. This summer, shut off valves are being installed in all canyon facing units. This will save cost and make it easier to repair the system in the future. This project will be completed by July of 2026.
Chickadee Lift is being upgraded
This summer, the Chickadee Lift is getting replaced and upgraded. Beginning April 6, 2026, construction will begin to transform the Chickadee lift into a fixed-grip quad with a slow loading conveyor.
The new and fully grown-up version of the Chickadee chair will continue to create the next generation of powder chasers, future Olympians and local legends, just with a bit more room to squeeze in your whole family.
